look for parpg there, try to announce yourself somehow to parpg-core and parpg-assets - by watching, mailing, whatever. Someone will add you.

Also, as an active PARPG developer, I would like to propose writing some user stories for non-programming part of the team. This will help in getting an overview in what we feel that could be needed.
