Seems like the Writing and Programming teams could use another one. I also think we should have a department head meeting to discuss the "Demo Release" and what we should try to include (results of barra's survey).
We will need someone to pretend to be Writing head though...

I'm all for having a meeting as well. Early September would be prefered here as I'll be busy for the last days of August. I'll set up a doodle to find the best date for a meeting next Monday.

Border, I'm in the GMT +1 zone. A chat would be welcome. Monkeyface, these meetings are used to asses the situation in a given departement and decide what's should be tackled next. Just to give an idea: we need buildings, furniture for them, trees, rocks, scenery objects, items shots for inventory and so forth. We need to decide what we actually need for techdemo1, how they're going to look, who's going to do what and so forth.

As said: I'll create a doodle for it as soon as I've finished my paper. I don't have the time to prepare such a meeting right now. So the likeliest date will be the 2nd week of September (7th - 13th). We should give everyone at least 5-6 days to vote for their prefered meeting date at doodle. That's why having the meeting in the first week of September seems unrealistic to me.
