As we seemed quite satisfied with the outcome of the first project meeting yesterday, we've agreed upon trying to establish project meetings on a regular, preferably bi-weekly basis.
If we stick to the date of the first meeting, the next meeting would take place at Monday, 6th of July 2009, 5-7PM GMT. Is Monday fine with you or should we have it at another day? Could we have the meeting a bit earlier, e.g. 3-5PM GMT so that maximinus wouldn't have to stay up so late? (he's GMT +8)
In case there is a demand for another date / time for the meeting, I'll set up a doodle for it over the weekend. Feedback please.

On mondays, I am usuall in the office at 9:00 (1600 GMT) and have a meeting at 11:30 (18:30 GMT). I have some internet access during commute on my mobile, but I have to get on and off shuttles right around 1600. So the best 2 hour block for me is probably 16:30-18-30.... but 1600-1800 would probably work.

I'm pretty much free on Mondays until 1:45 pm (7:45 pm GMT). If we did movee the meeting back to 3-5pm GMT, that would still work.

Currently the meet is 1AM for me. Even moving back 1 hour would be a big improvement, I could do 50 mins and then get to bed. Whereas at 1AM I'm already clock-watching at the start....

I could move the meeting forward. The meeting we had yesterday was 11am-1pm, so anything as early as 1pm GMT works for me,though the proposal of 3-5pm is perfect.

I forgot there's summertime here so I actually thought the meeting was going to be an hour earlier last time I'm more than fine with moving it to a more earlier hour.

I am gonna idle for power in the channel I think at the beginning of the meeting it would be nice to highlight at least my name or possible everyone in the channel, so xchat notifies me with another colour (well if i am really afk it won't matter, but sometimes i am not afk in which case it helps ...)

3-5 PM American time is bad for me, since I am about USA +12 most of the time. We need more Asian contributors!

that's 4:00 am for me, I'm GMT -8. I could probably manage something like 4:00 pm GMT, although I might drop in and out during commute.

Perhaps we could change the times of the meets; switch times every other meet. One for the Americans and one for the Europeans. I'd fit in somewhere there
