Multiple choice poll. Please choose the days of the week when you could attend such a meeting. I assume that we'll end up at Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's due time zones that make it hard to meet during work days.

It would be nice if all interested developers could post their time zone and prefered meeting time.

For me: GMT +2 (DST applied)
At Friday's: 6PM GMT - open end
Saturday's: 1PM GMT - 6PM GMT
Sunday's: 1PM GMT - 9PM GMT

EDIT: doodle link added so we can try to find the best time and day for the meeting:

I'm free most of time from Friday - Sunday. I'm GMT -6 (CST). I'm also free a little bit on Monday - Wednesday. Definitely can't do Thursday though.

my schedule is irritatingly complex.
I can probably steal an hour or so during work hours (M-F 17:00-01:00 GMT - although I am using "current" London time which might be off by an hour from GMT due to daylight/summer time).  I also have 3-6 meetings/week.  On the plus side, I can use the internet via my blackberry during my commute most days, that would be 1600-1700 and 0100-0200...

The other reasonable times for me are "some" late nights (west coast US) which would be 0700-0900 GMT, which I am sure no one is into.

Weekends are a total random crap shoot for me, I wouldn't try to schedule something unless it was the only way.  Then maybe Sunday 1700 or 1800.

Needless to say, I didn't bother answering the poll.

As I said elsewhere my working schedule changes weekly, but I have no problems during weekends. I voted for Saturday/Sunday.

i tried to set up a a "doodle" for this (www.doodle.com) which would give us a whole matrix of times to poll, at least for specific dates... maybe someone else can try it...

Please fill out this doodle form to help us finding a common time for the IRC meeting! Let me know if the prechosen time slots are sufficent or if I should add additional ones. Concerning the day selection: it doesn't mean that the first meeting will take place next week, the days as been chosen for this specific day of the week. So if you got time for a meeting at Tuesday, choose the times at Tuesday even if you might not have the time for a meeting next Tuesday for some specific reason.

I am the 4th doodler.   We do have a single slot (mon 5-7pm) where the 4 of us can meet!

As I suspected, the hardest problem is Maximinimus (China) and myself (Pacific US)

I'm from Utah... does that count? I know we speak funny, and most people here are of a strange religion... Oh, I also know we tried to defect from the US once or twice.  But, last I checked, we're in there. :p

I've covered the doodle link in the news update yesterday. Here's the plan:
Quote
After the last week’s annoucement that we’re looking to set up a developer meeting at our IRC channel, zenbitz proposed to create a doodle for it. If you have never heard about doddle: it’s a pretty nice way to arrange meetings online. If you’re a PARPG developer who hasn’t filled out the doodle yet, please do so until Saturday evening. We would like to hold the first bi-weekly meeting next week if nothing goes wrong and therefore would like to announce the date of the meeting in the news update next at Monday. In case we end up with Monday or Tuesday, the meeting will not take place at the 15th or 16th but one week later, at the 22th or 23th of June as we would like to annouce the meeting at least two full days before it actually takes place.
