If we put together some cool mechanics that work with the temperature angle, i think "Cold" would work well.

But for the time being we should stick with paRPG.

Personally i'm really glad the name doesn't contain "tux" or "free", that always struck me as very generic.

What would you say about "Spark". According to story line this little thing started everything.

Also in winter spark > camp fire > warm place > food

And the winner is....  (and yes, I do like to declare victory prematurely...)

WHITE OUT

This is a triple pun.
1) obv. fall OUT reference
2) White out weather : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whiteout_(weather)
and finally (drum roll please)
.
.
.
3) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wite-Out
This is a VERY common american engish expression when you need to "erase" something, like  in our case (metaphorically) history...

The only downside is that there is a snowboarding game called Whiteout XL ,b ut I doubt that confuses anyone.

If we go with Barren we would have to put in a major fertility plot... which is ... meh.
If we go with Barren X there are probably a dozen games named like that.

I still like White Out the best... but I am sucker for the triple pun.
